The frame and shaft are steel, which makes the racket sturdy for occasional use, but heavy: 117 g and 660 mm in length. The balance sits well toward the head, at 350 mm, and helps the beginner send the shuttle far with little effort. It is not a racket for club training, but it fills the role of casual play and first contact with the sport well.
