The head is roughly the size of the sweet area of a regular racquet, which builds the habit of hitting the ball in the sweet spot, where the ball comes off faster and vibration in the hand decreases. It should be strung at a tension of 30 to 40 lb and is useful for concentration, contact point and trunk training.
