GoodUpdated on 2026-10-02

The RBEL is the Babolat paddle that prioritizes maneuverability, with competitive performance in a light, wide-faced package. It has a fiberglass face with RPM SuperSpin texture, a 16 mm polypropylene honeycomb core and an SWC Pure Feel layer against vibration. It weighs about 225 g (7.9 oz), measures 40 x 20.5 cm and has a 13 cm Perfect Feel handle with an 11 cm circumference. The thicker core makes the touch softer and the net game more predictable, and the edge has reinforced protection.

How the RR Score was calculated

CriterionWeightScore
Specs65%69
Approval from players35%65

The RR Score is not yet a precise figure. It summarizes the data we have today (specs and reviews) and changes as more information comes in. A low score does not mean the racquet is bad and does not reflect its technical quality: often it is just missing data or reviews. The specs combine several sources and may have discrepancies: check the manufacturer's website and the store where you buy.
