The CPX Pro pickleball paddle is a control paddle, with a raw 3K carbon face, left textured instead of painted, so that the grip on the ball comes from the weave itself. The 19 mm polypropylene core, with 6 mm cells, is the thickest the brand makes, and the walls have injected foam, which widens the usable face and quiets the impact. It weighs 235 g, measures 15.94 in by 7.67 in, has a 4.84 in handle, a 4.1 in grip and is USA Pickleball approved.

How the RR Score was calculated

CriterionWeightScore
Specs65%66
Approval from players35%65

The RR Score is not yet a precise figure. It summarizes the data we have today (specs and reviews) and changes as more information comes in. A low score does not mean the racquet is bad and does not reflect its technical quality: often it is just missing data or reviews. The specs combine several sources and may have discrepancies: check the manufacturer's website and the store where you buy.
