The Gruvn LAZR-16X is a high-performance, thermoformed elongated paddle with a Kevlar and carbon fiber blend surface, USAPA approved for tournaments and with a maximum spin of 2,214 RPM. The sealed thermoformed edges increase stability, the unibody construction is durable, the injected foam walls enlarge the sweet spot and the polypropylene honeycomb core is 16 mm. The 16.5 in length gives more reach, and the face has a rounded aerodynamic design.

How the RR Score was calculated

CriterionWeightScore
Specs65%67
Approval from players35%65

The RR Score is not yet a precise figure. It summarizes the data we have today (specs and reviews) and changes as more information comes in. A low score does not mean the racquet is bad and does not reflect its technical quality: often it is just missing data or reviews. The specs combine several sources and may have discrepancies: check the manufacturer's website and the store where you buy.
