The Contact is a Babolat entry-level racket focused on control. It has a round shape, handle-side balance and about 340 g, which makes it light and easy to maneuver. The face is fiberglass, the core is low-density EVA and the hybrid frame mixes carbon and fiberglass to unite durability and flexibility. The surface is smooth, with 68 holes and 38 mm thickness. It is a simple, comfortable, forgiving racket, good for learning the fundamentals safely.

How the RR Score was calculated

CriterionWeightScore
Specs65%80
Approval from players35%88

The RR Score is not yet a precise figure. It summarizes the data we have today (specs and reviews) and changes as more information comes in. A low score does not mean the racquet is bad and does not reflect its technical quality: often it is just missing data or reviews. The specs combine several sources and may have discrepancies: check the manufacturer's website and the store where you buy.

Recommended for beginners only: the RR Score for this category goes up to 75. It may be great for what it is designed for, but it does not rank among the best in the sport.
