This policy explains what data Racquet Rank uses and why, in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

What we keep

  • In your browser: simple preferences, such as the comparison list, the light or dark theme and the catalog display mode.
  • Store clicks: we count clicks on the store buttons, without identifying you, to know which offers are useful.
  • Comments: if you comment, we keep the name you choose, the comment and your email (which does not appear on the site), only for moderation and for contacting you about the comment.

We do not sell personal data.

When you click to go to a store, you leave Racquet Rank. From then on, the store's privacy policy and terms apply. Some links are affiliate links: the store may know that you arrived through Racquet Rank, but we do not receive your purchase data.

Racquet Rank is an independent comparison site. We do not sell products, we are not representatives, partners or agents of the stores and brands mentioned, and we have no ties to them other than, in some cases, affiliate links.

The prices, payment terms, shipping, stock and delivery times shown are reference prices, collected from each store's page at a moment before your visit. They may be out of date and are subject to change by the store at any time.

The price and terms that count are always those displayed on the store's website at the time of purchase. Stores are not obligated to honor amounts shown on Racquet Rank, and Racquet Rank is not responsible for price differences, lack of stock, delivery, exchanges, warranty or any other issue with the purchase, which are handled directly with the store.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data (for example, a comment) through the Contact page or by email at team@racquetrank.com.

Images and content rights

Some product images may belong to the respective manufacturers, brands or retailers and are used only to identify the products. Image rights belong to their respective owners. On each racquet's page we indicate the source of the photos.

If you own any content and want to request its removal or update, use the Remove or edit content page (link in the footer) or write to team@racquetrank.com. We handle the request as soon as possible.

Community profile

When you review a racquet, we create a simple profile with the nickname and level you choose. It is tied to this browser by a cookie (no password), so you do not have to type everything again. Community reviews are only about the racquet and go through moderation. To delete your profile and your reviews, use the Remove or edit content page.

My Bag, email and reminders

My Bag keeps the racquets you have marked (own, used to own, want to own) in your community profile, tied to this browser by a cookie. If you sign in with email, we use the address only to send the sign-in link (no password, valid for 30 minutes) and, if you ask, reminders to review your racquets (after 1 month) and to revisit your review (at 6 and 12 months). Every reminder includes a link to stop receiving them. We do not sell or share your email. To delete your profile, your bag and your email, use the Remove or edit content page.

Audience measurement

We count visits in aggregate to improve the site: pages viewed, where the visit came from (Google, social networks, other sites), approximate city and state (from the internet provider), type of device and browser, time the page is open on screen, searches made on the site and clicks to the stores. This in-house measurement does not use cookies and does not store your IP: each visitor becomes a code that changes every day, with no way to identify the person. If we turn on Google Analytics, it follows Google's privacy policy, and you can block it through your browser or privacy extensions.
