RR ScoreUpdated on 2026-10-02
Version · 6 optionsWindstorm 72Change

The Windstorm 72 is one of Li-Ning's lightest and most popular rackets, at only about 72 g (6U). Even though it is light, it has a heavy head, with a balance point at 315 mm, and a 7 mm flexible shaft, a combination that makes it easy to generate depth and power with little effort. It measures 675 mm, uses carbon fiber, and accepts up to 30 lbs, with a thin grip. It is recommended for beginners, recreational players, and those whose arm hurts with heavy rackets, but it also appeals to intermediates who want quickness.

How the RR Score was calculated

The RR Score is not yet a precise figure. It summarizes the data we have today (specs and reviews) and changes as more information comes in. A low score does not mean the racquet is bad and does not reflect its technical quality: often it is just missing data or reviews. The specs combine several sources and may have discrepancies: check the manufacturer's website and the store where you buy.
