The Muscle Power 1 is the simplest racket in the Muscle Power line, aimed at those just starting out or playing for recreation. It has an aluminum frame with Muscle Power Frame, a medium-flex steel shaft, an ISOMETRIC head and a 22 x 22 string pattern. It weighs up to 105 g (U class), uses a G4 grip, measures 675 mm and accepts 16 to 20 lbs. It comes strung. The medium shaft makes the racket a bit easier to use than the Muscle Power 2, which is extra stiff, while keeping the same durability.
