The Radical Junior is the kids' version of the Radical, one of Head's best-selling beach tennis rackets. It keeps the design of the adult one and its adaptability concept, but at 47 cm and with 100% fiberglass construction, recommended for children aged 8 to 11. It weighs 295 g (±5 g), has a 22 mm profile and an EVA Soft core, which makes the touch soft. The surface has a treatment to give spin, and the racket comes with a cover. The right size helps learn the strokes without straining the arm.

The RR Score is not yet a precise figure. It summarizes the data we have today (specs and reviews) and changes as more information comes in. A low score does not mean the racquet is bad and does not reflect its technical quality: often it is just missing data or reviews. The specs combine several sources and may have discrepancies: check the manufacturer's website and the store where you buy.

Kids/junior racquet: the RR Score for this category goes up to 60. It may be great for what it is designed for, but it does not rank among the best in the sport.
