The Pontal is Frescobol PRO's wooden paddle with a wide, balanced head, inspired by the VL Carbono line. It has an internal impulse plate, fine wood kiln-dried, a 25 mm thickness and an average weight between 350 and 400 g. The larger contact area increases tolerance for error and stability on hard-hit balls. Matte varnish finish, edge guard and a Head Grip that absorbs sweat.

How the RR Score was calculated

Criterion	Weight	Score
Specs	65%	65
Approval from players	35%	65

The RR Score is not yet a precise figure. It summarizes the data we have today (specs and reviews) and changes as more information comes in. A low score does not mean the racquet is bad and does not reflect its technical quality: often it is just missing data or reviews. The specs combine several sources and may have discrepancies: check the manufacturer's website and the store where you buy.
