The Adidas Adipower Carbon Light 3.4 (2025) is a light, agile padel racket, with a round head and central sweet spot, for advanced players who seek maneuverability and control. It weighs 345 to 360 g, with a carbon fiber frame, a 3K carbon face and a soft EVA Soft Performance core. The Power Embossed Ridge gives the frame stiffness, the Dual Exoskeleton increases twist resistance, the Spin Blade Mold, with 3D relief, makes spin easier and the Smart Holes Curve optimizes the sweet spot.

How the RR Score was calculated

CriterionWeightScore
Specs65%72
Approval from players35%65

The RR Score is not yet a precise figure. It summarizes the data we have today (specs and reviews) and changes as more information comes in. A low score does not mean the racquet is bad and does not reflect its technical quality: often it is just missing data or reviews. The specs combine several sources and may have discrepancies: check the manufacturer's website and the store where you buy.
