The Metalbone Carbon takes the diamond design of Ale Galán's line to a more affordable package. It has a high balance, a 6K carbon face, a low-density EVA Soft Performance core and a carbon frame with an octagonal structure and Low Poly. It weighs 360 to 375 g and is 38 mm thick. The soft core gives good ball exit and comfort, while the 6K carbon keeps the response firm on attack. A good choice for those who want Metalbone power without the hard touch of the aluminized versions.

How the RR Score was calculated

CriterionWeightScore
Specs65%58
Approval from players35%77

The RR Score is not yet a precise figure. It summarizes the data we have today (specs and reviews) and changes as more information comes in. A low score does not mean the racquet is bad and does not reflect its technical quality: often it is just missing data or reviews. The specs combine several sources and may have discrepancies: check the manufacturer's website and the store where you buy.
