The Counter Viper is the Viper designed for the player who defends well and counterattacks. It has a round shape, about 365 g and a balance of 270 mm, slightly head-heavy, with a 3K carbon face, a carbon frame and a sandwich X-EVA core: firm outer layers for the hard shot and a softer central layer for slow balls. The 3D Spin+ surface has relief and a rough finish, and the Vibrabsorb System reduces vibration. It combines the control of the round shape with the firm response of 3K carbon.

How the RR Score was calculated

CriterionWeightScore
Specs65%54
Approval from players35%65

The RR Score is not yet a precise figure. It summarizes the data we have today (specs and reviews) and changes as more information comes in. A low score does not mean the racquet is bad and does not reflect its technical quality: often it is just missing data or reviews. The specs combine several sources and may have discrepancies: check the manufacturer's website and the store where you buy.
