The Hyperion Pro V 14mm is the thinner version of Ben Johns's aerodynamic paddle in JOOLA's fifth generation. It keeps the elongated aero-curve shape of 16.5 x 7.5 inches, which cuts through the air and speeds up the hand, with a textured carbon face, a 14 mm Propulsion core with a foam wall, thermoformed construction and KineticFrame. It weighs 7.9 oz on average, has a 5.5 inch handle and a 4.125 grip. It is faster and more explosive than the 16 mm, with great performance on counterattacks.

How the RR Score was calculated

CriterionWeightScore
Specs65%71
Approval from players35%65

The RR Score is not yet a precise figure. It summarizes the data we have today (specs and reviews) and changes as more information comes in. A low score does not mean the racquet is bad and does not reflect its technical quality: often it is just missing data or reviews. The specs combine several sources and may have discrepancies: check the manufacturer's website and the store where you buy.
