The Artengo Essential is Decathlon's entry-level racquet for those just starting out in tennis or who play occasionally. The frame is aluminum, more resistant to knocks on the ground and the net, and the racquet weighs only 270 g unstrung, which makes it easy to handle. It has a 650 cm² head (about 101 in²), a length of 67.5 cm and a balance of 325 mm, slightly head-heavy, which helps send the ball far without much force. It comes strung and only in grip 2.
