The 2023 Vcore 98 is the 7th generation of Yonex's spin-with-control racquet, in scarlet red, and remains in high demand in Brazil. It is 305 g unstrung, 323 g strung, with a 98 in² Isometric head and a 16x19 pattern. Tennis Warehouse measured 62 RA and a swingweight of 318, with a 23/23/21 mm beam. In this version Yonex made the hit softer and changed the beam geometry, with a head wider on the sides to raise the trajectory. It delivers a lot of spin, good comfort and control for those who attack from the baseline.
