The Mizuno Prototype X-3 is an 84 g badminton racket with a head-heavy balance, recommended for advanced players and with a stringing capacity of up to 35 lb. The frame has the Diamond V-Frame, a design that reduces structural deformation in fast rallies without adding weight, and the High Foam System, with EVA foam inside the frame that reinforces the outside, keeps internal flexibility, absorbs shock and helps with power.
