The Yonex Isometric TR1 is a heavy training racket, about 118 g, all graphite, made for intermediate and advanced players. Training with it improves strength and the ability to hit more powerful shots, and the mesh cover helps shot development by increasing air resistance in the swing. It has a Hi-Flex shaft, a length 10 mm longer, a 22x22 string pattern and a recommended tension of 20 to 30 lbs.
