GoodUpdated on 10/02/2026

The Kosmos Pro V 16mm debuted a new shape in JOOLA's fifth generation and is Federico Staksrud's paddle. It is a 16.3 x 7.7 inch hybrid, between the elongated Perseus and the wide Scorpeus, with a 5.25 inch handle and a 4.25 grip. It uses a textured carbon face, a 16 mm Propulsion core with a foam wall, thermoformed construction and KineticFrame, a thinner throat that flexes and returns energy. It weighs 8.1 oz on average. It balances reach, sweet spot and control.

How the RR Score was calculated

CriterionWeightScore
Specs65%68
Approval from players35%65

The RR Score is not yet a precise figure. It summarizes the data we have today (specs and reviews) and changes as more information comes in. A low score does not mean the racquet is bad and does not reflect its technical quality: often it is just missing data or reviews. The specs combine several sources and may have discrepancies: check the manufacturer's website and the store where you buy.
