The AXS 170 Teardrop is Gearbox's new top-of-the-line racquet for 2026 and replaces the GX1 as the brand's flagship racquet. It weighs 170 g unstrung, has a 13 mm head-heavy balance and a teardrop shape, which moves the sweet spot toward the top of the string bed. The mix of 3K carbon, M40 graphite and T-700 with the Solid Frame structure gives stability and strong ball output, designed for those who attack the ball with a long swing.

The RR Score is not yet a precise figure. It summarizes the data we have today (specs and reviews) and changes as more information comes in. A low score does not mean the racquet is bad and does not reflect its technical quality: often it is just missing data or reviews. The specs combine several sources and may have discrepancies: check the manufacturer's website and the store where you buy.
