Blade from Sanwei's Surge series made with basalt fiber, a volcanic rock material softer and more stable than carbon. The structure is 5+2, with ayous in the core and the fiber just below the limba face, 6.1 mm thickness and an average weight of 97 g. Megaspin lists OFF- class, control 90 and reaction 140. The trajectory is lower and more direct, designed for those who play with quick shots and accelerated exchanges close to the table, and the basalt fiber reduces vibration and gives comfort.
