The Blackout 285 v2 is the light version of Solinco's power and spin racquet, updated in 2025 with Arch-2 construction and a camouflage finish. It weighs 285 g unstrung and 301 g strung, has a 100 in² head, a 16x19 pattern, a 23.5/26/23 mm beam and a swingweight of 314. The nearly neutral balance (330 mm unstrung) gives reasonable stability for the weight, and the stiffness dropped to 67 RA, versus the first version's 70 RA. It is quick to handle and generates power and spin without much effort.
