The Windstorm 78+ (78 Plus) is a lightweight racket from Li-Ning, at about 78 g (5U), with a heavy head with the balance point at 300 mm and a 7 mm flexible shaft. The Dynamic Optimum carbon fiber frame enlarges the usable area. It uses G5 grip and takes up to 30 lbs. The combination of lightness, head weight and a soft shaft makes for an easy smash for players still developing their technique, and it is an option for beginners and intermediates who want a bit more mass than the Windstorm 72 and 74 offer.

The RR Score is not yet a precise figure. It summarizes the data we have today (specs and reviews) and changes as more information comes in. A low score does not mean the racquet is bad and does not reflect its technical quality: often it is just missing data or reviews. The specs combine several sources and may have discrepancies: check the manufacturer's website and the store where you buy.
