The Sword & Shield J2NF is one of the most talked-about foam paddles of 2025, from Honolulu Pickleball Company. The Gen 4.5 core is all multi-density foam, with EPP interlaced with an EVA edge, in a 16 mm floating and pivoting construction that, according to the brand, reached the limit of the USA Pickleball PBCoR test. The CFC face combines carbon, fiberglass and carbon. The Aero Hybrid Plus shape measures 16.2 x 7.8 inches, the weight is between 8.0 and 8.3 oz, the swingweight between 110 and 114 and the handle is 5.5 inches, with an extended 6 version.
