The Paddletek Bantam ESQ-C 12.7mm is a wide-shape pickleball paddle with a Bantam polymer honeycomb core. It has a 12.7 mm core thickness, a weight of 7.6-7.9 oz, a 5.5 in handle and a 4.25 in grip circumference. It was created with professional Andrea Koop to give a powerful mix of spin, pop and forgiveness. The PT-700 unidirectional raw carbon face joins the 12.7 mm Bantam core, which gives explosive power and great spin potential. The 5.5 in handle reduces drag and supports the two-handed backhand, and the large, consistent sweet spot gives control and finesse.

How the RR Score was calculated

CriterionWeightScore
Specs65%61
Approval from players35%65

The RR Score is not yet a precise figure. It summarizes the data we have today (specs and reviews) and changes as more information comes in. A low score does not mean the racquet is bad and does not reflect its technical quality: often it is just missing data or reviews. The specs combine several sources and may have discrepancies: check the manufacturer's website and the store where you buy.
