The ProKennex Kinetic Ovation Speed is a pickleball paddle with a 7-layer composite face. It is the same original Ovation Speed, with updated edge protection and new paint. The modified oval shape creates an enlarged sweet spot and more efficient energy transfer, using one of nature's strongest structures. The surface has a 7-layer coating and a soft skin that grips the ball for spin. It weighs 7.7 to 8.0 oz.
