The Adidas Metalbone Carbon CTRL 3.3 (2024) is Pol Hernández's racket, round-shaped, oriented toward control without losing power, for advanced and professional players. It weighs 360 to 375 g, is 455 mm long, 38 mm thick and has 53 holes, with a sweet spot in the center. The face is 6K carbon and the core is low-density EVA Soft Performance, which gives good ball exit and comfort. The Octogonal Structure increases stiffness, the Structural Reinforcement resists twist and the Spin Blade gives spin.

How the RR Score was calculated

Criterion	Weight	Score
Specs	65%	69
Approval from players	35%	65

The RR Score is not yet a precise figure. It summarizes the data we have today (specs and reviews) and changes as more information comes in. A low score does not mean the racquet is bad and does not reflect its technical quality: often it is just missing data or reviews. The specs combine several sources and may have discrepancies: check the manufacturer's website and the store where you buy.
