GoodUpdated on 10/05/2026

The Babolat Wizard Pro pickleball paddle has a widebody shape, with a 20 mm thickness that gives reinforced stability and an enlarged sweet spot, for controlled, secure shots. The surface is raw woven carbon (RPM PureWeave), which improves control and spin, and the Gen 3 design with no edge guard increases dwell time on the face. Internally distributed weight and the Perimeter Stability System give consistency across the whole face. The structure is one-piece and the HybridCore core combines polypropylene honeycomb and a layer on the perimeter.

How the RR Score was calculated

Criterion	Weight	Score
Specs	65%	63
Approval from players	35%	65

The RR Score is not yet a precise figure. It summarizes the data we have today (specs and reviews) and changes as more information comes in. A low score does not mean the racquet is bad and does not reflect its technical quality: often it is just missing data or reviews. The specs combine several sources and may have discrepancies: check the manufacturer's website and the store where you buy.
