The Obsidian 16 is the control version of Gamma's RCF Obsidian line, with a raw Toray T700 carbon face and a 16 mm polypropylene honeycomb core. The elongated 16.375 x 7.375 inch shape gives reach, and the thick core makes the touch soft in the short game. It weighs 8.3 oz on average, has a 5.75-inch handle with a 4 1/8 grip and molded foam, and a weight system in the handle to adjust the feel. The raw carbon face generates good spin and the edge has protection.
