The Vatic Pro Prism V7 16mm is the elongated paddle in the Prism line, one of the best-value carbon paddles on the market. It has a raw Toray T700 carbon face with hot-pressed texture, a C7 polymer core with a 16 mm honeycomb and injected foam walls in unibody construction, which enlarge the sweet spot. It measures 16.5 x 7.5 inches, has a 5.3-inch handle and a 4.125 grip, with a measured weight near 8.4 oz. It sits between the feel of the Gen 1 paddles and the power of the thermoformed ones.

How the RR Score was calculated

CriterionWeightScore
Specs65%73
Approval from players35%80

The RR Score is not yet a precise figure. It summarizes the data we have today (specs and reviews) and changes as more information comes in. A low score does not mean the racquet is bad and does not reflect its technical quality: often it is just missing data or reviews. The specs combine several sources and may have discrepancies: check the manufacturer's website and the store where you buy.
