The Gearbox GX1 170 Teardrop is the teardrop-head version of the GX1, Gearbox's top line before the AXS. It weighs 170 g unstrung, has a 107 in² strung area and a 13 mm head-heavy balance. The Solid Frame structure uses woven 3K carbon to dampen and add durability, with T700 and M40 fibers to increase stiffness and impact resistance. The teardrop shape moves the sweet spot up and favors attack.

The RR Score is not yet a precise figure. It summarizes the data we have today (specs and reviews) and changes as more information comes in. A low score does not mean the racquet is bad and does not reflect its technical quality: often it is just missing data or reviews. The specs combine several sources and may have discrepancies: check the manufacturer's website and the store where you buy.
