The Perseus Double Vision 16mm brings the Perseus's elongated shape, the same one used by Ben Johns, to a mid-range price. The face is aramid with a carbon weave, softer and more durable, and between the face and the 16 mm polypropylene honeycomb core there is SK Film, which filters vibration. The thermoforming runs from the handle to the neck of the paddle. It measures 16.5 x 7.5 inches, weighs about 8.0 oz and has a 5.5 inch handle, good for a two-handed backhand. It has the USAP PBCoR .43 seal.

How the RR Score was calculated

CriterionWeightScore
Specs65%66
Approval from players35%67

The RR Score is not yet a precise figure. It summarizes the data we have today (specs and reviews) and changes as more information comes in. A low score does not mean the racquet is bad and does not reflect its technical quality: often it is just missing data or reviews. The specs combine several sources and may have discrepancies: check the manufacturer's website and the store where you buy.

Buyer reviews

Average of the ratings given at each store, weighted by how many reviews each one has.

Store ratings may reflect the store experience (shipping, service), not only the racquet.
