The Black Knight Ion Storm was developed with the help of world champion David Palmer, who used it to win his last British Open, in 2009. It is a squash racquet with a traditional head, 475 cm² (about 73.6 in²), a closed throat and a weight of 135 g. The high stiffness (RF 93) ensures controlled shots, and NCT technology, an additive in the XMG graphite fibers, reduces vibration and increases the frame's durability.

The RR Score is not yet a precise figure. It summarizes the data we have today (specs and reviews) and changes as more information comes in. A low score does not mean the racquet is bad and does not reflect its technical quality: often it is just missing data or reviews. The specs combine several sources and may have discrepancies: check the manufacturer's website and the store where you buy.
