The Paddletek Tempest Reign Pro is an elongated pickleball paddle. It has a 14.3 mm core thickness, is 16.5 in long, weighs 7.6-8.0 oz, and has a 5.25 in handle and a 4.25 in grip circumference. It features the brand's exclusive ICED carbon with Perma-Spin technology, which gives longer-lasting spin than other carbon surfaces. Smart Response technology, combined with the elongated face, adds power and speed and gives extended reach for harder, more directed shots. The core is a 14.3 mm polymer honeycomb, and the edge guard overlaps 1/8 in of the face.

How the RR Score was calculated

CriterionWeightScore
Specs65%63
Approval from players35%65

The RR Score is not yet a precise figure. It summarizes the data we have today (specs and reviews) and changes as more information comes in. A low score does not mean the racquet is bad and does not reflect its technical quality: often it is just missing data or reviews. The specs combine several sources and may have discrepancies: check the manufacturer's website and the store where you buy.
